Shipping
Shipping costs will be advised at checkout, depending on weight and location.
Someone must be available at time of delivery to sign for their artwork otherwise a re-delivery fee my occur. A signature is required on delivery unless requested otherwise.
Freight on larger items, including artwork will be quoted upon enquiry and invoiced separately.
Turnaround Times
Please allow up to 1 week for unframed artwork production and up to 3 weeks for framed pieces. Generally the turnaround time is faster than this, however we cannot make and guarantees. If you need a quick turnaround, please get in touch to discuss further options. 
Delivery Times
Depending on your location in Australia, delivery times will vary. 
Please allow 2–3 days from date of dispatch for unframed artworks. 
Framed artworks are shipped using an art courier and will be scheduled accordingly and usually take a few more days. Orders to South Australia and Western Australia may take even longer depending on the art courier schedule.
If your delivery is urgent, please get in touch to discuss an alternative option.  
International Shipping
We ship unframed artworks anywhere in the world.

Returns
Unfortunately we don't offer free returns so please choose carefully.
We don't offer refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully. You can however return your item for a credit note or exchange.
If your item is damaged you will need to send an image to mail@toddclare.com - the damage will be assessed by the Provider team.
If you wish to exchange your item, you may need to pay an additional shipping cost to send your new product out. For more information please email mail@toddclare.com
If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused.
Please read care instructions on items, especially for dyed and printed cushions. If you do not follow care labels, we will not accept responsibly for any damage done.  
Cancellations 
If you wish to cancel your item you have a 24 hour window to do so to receive a full refund. Any longer and we will not accept for change of mind.
